Nice location, simple but tasty breakfast provided, nice interior of the room and friendly staff!

Unfortunately, this hotel didn't meet our expectations. We chose it specifically because a bidet was listed as an amenity, but when we arrived, we found out that none of the rooms had one. We even had to show the Booking.com listing to the staff, and they seemed unaware of the information provided. In addition, the shower drain was clogged and the water would not drain properly. Since it was late at night, we had to deal with the issue ourselves. Overall, we were disappointed with our stay.

We really loved the style of the room. Everything was clean. Breakfast was perfect.

Great location just a few minutes from the bus station. Walkable distance to all interesting places. The staff was very friendly and allowed us to keep luggage at the reception. And it's always great to see chilled water in the fridge.

“Skip this hotel at all cost!”

I would not recommend staying here! There was 0 personal attention, I did not see or speak to any staff during my stay! The room I stayed in was not clean, same goes for the common area, see attached pictures. The hotel does not have an elevator so it’s a real struggle to get your suitcases to your room. The only good thing is the location. For the price they are asking I would expect way more in terms of service and especially cleanliness. The Price/quality balance is way off!

Good design of rooms and hotel as whole. Rooms very nice, small and introverted. Breakfast OK, continental. Location close to centre and central sights and bus station as well.

Ideally placed next to the bus terminal, next to bus station with direct bus to the train station, right next to the parks. The rooms are cozy, the bathroom is big, clean and well functionung, the staff is very nice. The alley from the bus terminal can look shady, but actually it was safe late at night. The complementary breakfast was well appreciated, simple, but with everything to get you going for the day.

We had a great stay at Y Collection by Unbound in Gyeongju. The location is excellent, just a couple of blocks from the intercity bus terminal, so it was very easy to reach the hotel without even needing a taxi. It’s also within walking distance of many of the must-visit places in Gyeongju, which made exploring the city very convenient. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and modern, with a minimalist and zen design that felt very pleasant. The American breakfast was simple but good, just right to start the day. Overall, a very convenient and relaxing place to stay in Gyeongju.

“Avoid this place”

It is as strange as the Booking pictures imply About 4/5 of the room is some elevated, one side open, "show room". The left side is a floor to ceiling cabinet wall, with a large flat screen in the middle, some bookshelves, with some books and vases, a wardrobe, a hidden kettle on a sliding board with some complimentary instant coffee, tea, a hidden fridge, the lower side boarded with a double matress for most of the length and width, the right side a head board and then the upper part clinker, the "ceiling and back-wall", the later with some large curtained "porthole" (the window is to be found behind the curtains), in veneer finish like all around, All with lots of indirect light. The front fifth was white, stained all around, with some black, worn, cheap, industrian carpet and an artificial flower bed in the right corner. The elevated bathroom was newly renovated, clean and state of the art. The small short floor is set lower than bath- and main room and was stained up to waist level as well.

The hotel is nice, with an amazing location. Walking distance to many attractions and to the bus terminal.

I really liked the location—it’s close to a bus stop that’s convenient when arriving from the train station, and the old town is within easy walking distance. The rooms were also stylish and had a nice design aesthetic.

“Like the fake books - looks better than it is”

Great location; close to the bus stop if arriving into Gyeongju by train (and using buses around the city), and close to ITX bus terminals. Walking distance to the centre of the town, and main attractions. Tucked away so it's not noisy. Good quality toiletries are provided, including toothbrush and toothpaste. Was nice to have a breakfast included, even if super simple: cereal, yoghurt, toast. The staff were pretty attentive in ensuring that things were replenished. (it did start a bit late though) Not awful, but not great for the price.
