The location is excellent and very central. It is very close to the bus terminal and tourist attractions. There are many markets and restaurants nearby. The size of the room and bathroom is quite good and spacious. The furniture is generally sufficient; however, there was a nightstand on one side of the bed but not on the other. The bedside power outlets were insufficient and outdated for charging phones. One of the windows only opens halfway, but there was a mosquito net, so the room could be ventilated comfortably. Two 500 ml bottles of water were provided in the room every day, which was very pleasing as a guest—thank you very much for that. However, on the third day of our stay, we noticed that the used glasses were not replaced with clean ones and no water was left in the room. When we asked the receptionist for water, we were told that it was free for the first two days and charged afterward, but interestingly, water continued to be provided the next day. This was a bit confusing. The housekeeping staff needs to be more attentive.
