“Its a hotel”
It was central enough next to the main train station. It was located in an interesting part if town that was an interesting meander. Plenty of surrounding restaurants, convenience stores and pharmacies within the block

Location was great, very close to the KTX Gwangju Songjeong station! It is also located near the 1913 Songjeong Market which has many food options. Rooms were spacious, and the styler was great for refreshing clothes

I genuinely believe this property is overrated, while the location is optimal in term of transportation (train, underground and bus stops less than 5min walk from the hotel), it was was quite far from some of the most popular attractions in the area. The staff was really kind and tried their best to help, but they don’t speak much English. The property has big rooms,however the room I checked in had really soiled bedsheets and I had to move to another, which still ended up having stained bed linings.the place lack a lot in term of cleanliness, on the second floor, where the cafeteria, communal microwave and public toilets are situated, on my last night I saw a cockroach coming out of the men toilet. The laundry room is more of a storage which seems to be used by staff, nothing is labelled clearly to make the process potentially smooth for their customers, to the point that when I went to ask help to a member of staff, they were themselves at lost, having a hard time understanding what to do.

“Highly recommend”
Super convenient for both the KTX train station and the airport. Excellent Korean breakfast buffet where even a vegetarian like me could get her tummy full enough to last most of the day. And such a comfortable room that I regretted only booking one night, and not being able to enjoy it more.
