Hello, good evening, I wanted to leave my complaint, the hotel is very nice, the breakfast is spectacular, the cleaning, but they don't tell you that the pool has been broken for months and that's how they sell it, the bathtubs overflow with water, otherwise, well, when you go to book, call so that it doesn't happen to you like us

“We are elderly we asked for first floor and never got it. We had kids and the pool was out of order.”

Pet Friendly? $50 pet fee... and your pet friendly... We checked in at 9pm and checked out by 7am I didnt see anything for my pet. Your not Pet friendly if you charge this rate for a 7lb dog. Not pet friendly.
