Our stay at UJÒ was pleasant overall, but unfortunately it did not fully meet the very high expectations created by its reputation and pricing. The resort is visually beautiful, the beach area is genuinely lovely, and the Gugu Beach Club is definitely one of the highlights of the property. The staff was always polite and professional, and we also appreciated the assistance and kindness of Daria during our stay. However, for a resort positioned and marketed as an ultra-luxury 5-star experience, we expected a significantly higher level of exclusivity, refinement, and culinary variety. One of the main disappointments was the dining concept. All restaurants are exclusively à la carte, with relatively similar menus across the different venues. We were surprised that such a high-end resort does not offer at least one exceptional buffet experience or a more distinctive gastronomic identity. While the service was correct and efficient, the overall experience lacked the “wow factor” and sense of exceptional hospitality that resorts in this price category should provide. In summary, UJÒ is certainly a good luxury resort, but in our opinion it does not fully justify the level of hype and pricing associated with it.

The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful! Perfect if you’re a couple that just wants to relax but with child friendly areas as well. The food and drink were phenomenal! When choosing an all inclusive, my expectations for food and drink were average but it really felt like eating at top quality restaurants when it came to food and alcoholic drinks rather than an all inclusive hotel. Finally, the staff were lovely! There was always someone coming around regardless of where you were in the hotel to make sure you had a drink, fruit, or anything else.

Your resort is Not safe if you get sick very unsafe ! I got sick dehydrated from severe diarrhoea and you did nothing ! Only telling me that the pharmacies around there were closed due to weekend you should provide me medicine for the diarrhoea to stop ! I got so dehydrated that was very dangerous for my health !

“Disappointment”

Location is quite convenient, very close to Bodrum airport. We liked the beach and sea, it was clear with a blue flag. Moreover, the Japanese restaurant among others was very nice, eye catching view and delicious food.

The joy advisors were super helpful

“Overhyped Intsagrammable stay that will try to charge you for Anything and Everything”

It’s very stylish and instagramable, however it is overrated and should coust in the region of 5k per week, not what it is now. They try to imotate other luxury hotels with their joy advisers that are supposed to help you w everything, but their work is kinda slow and they do not reply very fast sometimes. Also cleaning staff is quite aggressive even if you have a do not disturb sign switched on they still try to enter without knocking, which is unacceptable. Also they randomly started poisoning insects one day without any notice throughout the hotel, and didn’t inform anyone etc (smelled horribly). They do have nice transfer cars available for additional charge like maybach etc. the room is ok, but for the money i would expect smth like a 90m2 room at the least. Also the hotel is quite loud w all the music and neighbouring hotels stage facing lujo directly, so during shows you will basically listen to 2 shows at the same time. They have 4 beaches, 1 of which is opa (w afrobeats music and sushis etc) shisha is not included in all inclusive and sunbeds are always full on this beach, so if you want to come there you should get a bed at like 7am before everyone. Other beaches are full of kids and the only quite option is for 500 eur per day, when you buy yourself a cabana additionally. I don’t know, i think overall it’s a beautiful hotel but located on the mountain you have elevators that break all the time so you have to walk alot and all the above problems, in my opinion if i go to a hotel like that i should relax and not think about all that. In the end when checked out we were also charged an additional service charge which was basically a hidden payment for every extra service we used, which we were not inform of in advance so also soso situation. Overall, i think i would prefer other luxury hotels next time bc to be honest lujo is overhyped. Fair price should be lower and if you’re willing to pay double for the hype, then this is your hotel.

You really can’t fault anything to be honest. Especially the service as they never say no

Lujo Bodrum is an outstanding hotel. The food is exceptional. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The water park, kids club and many cats are great to keep the kids happy and entertained. We enjoyed having breakfast by the beach.

Thr structure has a lot of staff available to be able to satisfy all your requests. The surrounding spaces are very green and very well-kept. Various beaches available, shows, entertainment, various gym classes, yoga, Zumba, etc ... Beautiful spa and excellent treatments. Of course great service . 100/100

Breakfast was good but varied depending on which restaurant you chose to eat in. The same applies to dinner and lunch. We found the best restaurant to be the Turkish.
