A great location right on the beach. The highlight was the staff - Julie, Marvyn and team were exceptional! Nothing was too much trouble and they were genuine and friendly. The room was great and very comfortable. I booked a bit late and couldn’t get a room with sea view but if you can, definitely do that. Breakfast was on demand and overlooked the beach! It was very good too. I didn’t hire a car as I wasn't there for that long (2 nights). I used taxis to and from Gustavia (EUR55-62 each way) and Marvyn met me at the boat and then took me back to the airport. If you want to get around more than I did, it’d be better to hire a car as there are only 45 taxis on the island.

Everything. Diana, Marvyn, and the team were amazing. The room was wonderful. The view was beautiful. We loved our time at the hotel. Grand cul de sac was truly a gem.

“Above and beyond”
I'll need 2 pages to list it all. The room was amazing, every detail thought of, meticulously clean. Every single staff was amazing from Nathan, Marvin, Margherita, Julie to the breakfast ladies. They were genuinely nice and went above and beyond to accommodate us. My first contact was with Nathan who took care of all our reservations before we arrived and was very prompt in answering all my questions and showed us around when we arrived and helped us practice our french :) Marvin drove us from and to airport...was always early waiting for us and booked our car rental and always had a smile on his face. Margherita we nicknamed her "our fairy" we never saw her in our room, she would come in few times during the day to tidy, clean and refresh...I mean she comes in before we return in evening to make our bed again, draw curtains for the evening and she even did our dishes. Julie at the reception helped me with an unusual credit card charge that appeared at one of the gas stations... it wasn't her problem but she took it upon herself to call the gas station and get me answers. The breakfast ladies had our breakfast on time and everything we asked for and more. We had fresh snacks waiting for us when we arrived and a parting gift before we left. First class staff who truly enjoyed what they did in a nice quiet hotel overlooking a nice beautiful lagoon. Thank you for an excellent stay!
