This was a very stunning place to stay - so beautiful and historical, with a gorgeous atmosphere and the most welcoming host. Was a privilege to stay somewhere with so much history and maintained in such perfect condition. Giulia was wonderful and breakfast delicious. Special experience.

The communication with the property was perfect and almost instantaneous. I was shown to my room and everything I needed to know was shared/explained. I even got some history of the place, which is always nice. My room was great, but the breakfast was even better. Also the views towards Brescia and Lombardia from the balcony were cool. While the place was pretty much perfect, the host was somehow even better.

Giulia was an excellent host and was very accomodating - she even let us cancel one of our two rooms free of charge, even when we neglected to cancel it in time. Additionally, for a bed and breakfast, her breakfast tables are something to behold - every morning for six days she dished out new types of quiches, cookies, cakes, omelets and much more - everything seemed to be grown locally and even in her own garden. Highly recommended!

Impeccably restored ancient family home. It was an honor to stay there. I couldn’t take my eyes off the bathroom tile and so many other details. Window screens were unexpected and very much appreciated. Giulia is the delightful owner and host.

Indeed this is absolutely highly recommended B&B. By all means. It is ran by Giulia, who is the best host/manager you can think of. Breakfast is outstanding served in an outstanding atmosphere. Room we booked is not large, but fully enough for an overnight stay with everything being available and accessible. If you are around, don't think twice. It is highly rated, but it is 100% deserving this high rate. This is the place to stay and enjoy.

Torre de Salis is a unique place to stay if you want to have a look round Brescia, Bergamo and Lake Iseo. Giulia - whose heritage is the place - is the heart and soul of the torre, she's full of stories about its history and her family. The place has a nice collection of authentic objects (plates, coffee makers etc.), so it's worth looking around in the house and also in the beautiful garden. Giulia goes out of her way to make you feel at home, she bakes every day different cakes (sweet and savoury if you like) and if you miss something she gets it for you. She provides tips about the restaurants and the things to see around, so we were absolutely satisfied with everything.

Nice, old building, nice room, good breakfast, very quiet, beautiful garden, easy parking in front of the house.

Torre de Salis is a beautiful bed and breakfast. I stayed for two nights in the ground floor room. I was very comfortable. The bedroom and bathroom were immaculately clean, as were the shared communal areas for breakfast. Julia was welcoming and very helpful. She explained everything clearly and was eager to ensure I was happy with my room. Tea and coffee making facilities in my room were an unexpected bonus. Breakfast was a typical Italian sweet feast, with home made cakes, biscuits and savoury items, served with tea, coffee, juice etc. Parking was easy, opposite the hotel and I felt safe travelling their and staying on my own. The unique building and grounds are well kept with a very interesting family history. I am so glad I chose to stay here and would very happily return. Excellent value.

We found Giulias place by chance and we had one of the most marvelous stays at her wonderful house. It has a great family tradition that gives a place an extra value. It is settled in the near of Brescia, surrounded with vineyards. Once you get there you would just want to stay and stay. We absolutely loved it.

Our stay at Torre de Salis exceeded our expectations: The atmosphere in this B&B is truly unique, and it becomes obvious from both the well curated, historical rooms and the delicious breakfast that Giulia is running the place with a lot of passion and personal dedication. Torre de Salis ranks amongst the most favourite places I have ever stayed in - It really is a remarkable place!
