Wonderful place, peacfull and quiet - perfect for a good night's sleep. The surroundings offer incredible veiws that are simply breathtaking (especially a watermill with crystal clear stream from under the nearby mountain). The hosts were very welcoming and attentive, making the whole experience feel warm and personal. The breakfast and dinner were delicious, home-cooked meals that made the stay even more special. Highly recommended!

The room is in the house of the host family and hospitality is a family business here. Everybody speaks nice English, the tasty dinner and breakfast is cooked by the grandma. Eating here gluten-free was super easy, they bought even bread for breakfast and weee well informed. Eating on the terrace and enjoying the spectacular view felt really good. We needed some super glue to check my partner’s hiking boots, and we got it, they were very helpful with that.

We stayed in Vusanje for one night during our multiple day hike. We had good contact with the hosts through booking.com which helped to arrange practicalities. We could not find the property at first, but the hostess was calling us from the house. The hosts were super kind and welcomed us. The room was nice and we slept great. The bathroom was super spacious, spotless, and had an amazing shower. The hosts had prepared a great dinner (soup, bread, fish, potatoes, vegetables). Both hosts spoke English very well which allowed for some nice chats and helped with the good mood in the room. After dinner, we were super tired so we went to bed. In the morning, the couple had prepared a great breakfast. After breakfast, they even gave us some tips regarding our hiking route. They were super friendly and willing to help, would definitely stay here again.

The family, cozy place. Rooms are located on the 1st floor or house, where family is living downstairs. It makes that we interact everyday. The dishes made by host are full of love and all from home ingredients. You can eat outside with amazing view of village and hills. If you love truly interact with locals it’s best place for your if you just wanna come and be by your own all the time, don’t like interaction better looking other place.

The room was large and had a comfortable bed with very large blankets. I particularly liked the outside blinds so that we could darken the room up for sleeping. The communication with the Homeowner was fantastic. All special requests were fulfilled and the food (especially the dinner) was deliciously prepared.

We had a really great time. We were warmly welcomed by our hosts and had a lovely room with balcony and fantastic views of the mountains. The food was absolutely amazing, and we really enjoyed the local meals. Everything was homemade and fresh from the vegetable garden. We definitely recommend this accomodation at this friendly and warm couple 😊

We had a great stay at the beautiful house and stunning surrounding. It's a good place to explore the nearby national park. The hospitality was great. The family was very kind and helpful. Also the authentic dinners cooked by the host were very good. We recommend staying here.

Gaz is an excellent host, so attentive. Great communication, nicely cooked meal, and very comfortable bed with a firm mattress.

Very friendly hosts, They rent out two rooms in the upper floor and you have dinner and breakfast in their living area. We were wet from our hike and they helped us to get things dry at ther fire place

“Probably one of the best place to stay in Vusanje”

Probably one of the best place to stay near the start of the hiking trails on the montenegrin side of Prokletje mountains. I recommend very much the full pension, with breakfast and dinner, cooked with local products and with regional dishes one can discover. It is a perfect way to learn about the region by talking with the hosts. The house is very clean, hosts are super friendly. The rooms are very comfortable. It's nice to go for a walk along the river just next to the house and visit the upper part of Vusanje. Ropojana valley and the waterfall are very close, driving there by car is not even needed.

This was a very nice weekend stay in Vuthaj. Everything was wonderful and pleasant. The food was superb: we enjoyed everything the golden hands of Shqipe had prepared. The house is immaculately clean and comfortable. The best thing is the kindness and generosity of Mrs and Mr Gjonbalaj, a truly fantastic couple. I cannot wait to return, thanks to the kindness and kind people of the Gjonbalaj family!
