“A peaceful and unique stay with warm hosts, great atmosphere, and a lovely sense of having the entir”
Loved that we had the whole hotel to ourselves. There was a system glitch and the hotel appeared online for just a fraction of a second. We booked right at that moment and it turned out the place was actually empty due to renovation, so we ended up having an amazing time. The hosts were really kind and adorable.

“A little Gem out in the sticks with mega views.”
We were a party of 4 on a road trip around Germany / Switzerland and booked this Hotel as a value stop. The Hotel staff were excellent, and the rooms were comfy and clean. Very good food and beers. Good Shower, and a little terrace outside. The location of this hotel is stunning. The Glacial River nearby, the fabulous Church and the views made this a lovely surprise stop.

Great location en-route to Italy from the north. Great for an early start through the Gotthard Tunnel. Beautiful surroundings and quiet street. Friendly staff, excellent beds and animal friendly hotel (travelling with 2 cats).

We spontaneously decided to stay at this hotel to be near Andermatt to go up in the morning to ski. Andermatt was fairly full and expensive. The hotel was very good value for money and it was only 15 mins drive to Andermatt. Large room with nice view over the mountain. Nice breakfast. Welcoming staff.

“Great and affordable place to stay and visit Andermatt”
Very clean en recently renovated room. Floor heating. A comfortable king size bed. Hotel is on a good location to visit Andermatt (we went skiing from here - about a 20min drive). Very near to the train station. Owners were helpful and friendly. Simple but good breakfast. There is always a public parking spot available in the proximity of the hotel.

The staff were friendly and accomodating to us. They were flexible with check in times, allowing us to use their extra facilities and the owner Oliver drove me to Andermatt at 5 am in his van because the public transport had not started for the day.
