“Quality/price ok”
Position. Located in a very nice little village. Basic/spartan hotel. The entrance system was ok and we had no trouble getting in (i download the app). It was ok for two nights (family of four with 2 kids of 9 and 11).

The accommodation was great – clean, comfortable, and in the center of a beautiful city. Everything was arranged online, and we didn’t meet the staff, but everything worked perfectly. We had a very positive experience and will definitely come back next year!

Absolutely terrible. I had a paid room here for my family from 26.4. to 27.4. I arrived on 26.4. in the evening for accommodation. There was no one there, it was impossible to get to the hotel, no one answered the phone. So I was forced to drive back home at night over 500km. Of course, they haven't refunded my money yet. The worst behavior and the worst hotel I've ever experienced.

Service was awful. We didn’t get the email with key for opening the door and call to the support. The person who answered seemed to know just a few English phrases and DIDNT EXPLAIN how to enter into the hotel!!! Finally she abruptly the conversation and didn’t picked the phone up anymore!!!!!!

Well ,when we arrived ,we are schocked that theres no information only a small door that needs to be online in your app,so difficult at first called the contact number online ,she is friendly and assisted me but to those who dont have internet or not so good online i find it not so good😢
