The rooms are large and clean. The hotel is 15 minutes from the train station and 10 minutes from the historic center. The breakfast is very good and plentiful. The hotel staff is friendly. There are supermarkets nearby, but everything is closed on holidays.Very good hotel for families, the rooms are soundproof.

Everything about our stay was excellent, from the breakfast to the overall hospitality. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. On April 1st, 2026 (I unfortunately forgot the name of one of the lady staff member on duty at morning), she was exceptionally kind. When the taxi we had ordered turned out to be too small to fit our stroller, she personally came outside and even offered her own car to help us. That gesture meant a lot to us. We truly loved our stay, and whenever we visit Günzburg again, we will definitely choose to stay here.

The bedroom was clean and the location was very good and easy to go around. The breakfast was nice and with the main dishes. The reception was very nice and explained to us everything. The services were also good and the hotel is very good for families.

About 10-15 minutes by car to Legoland. Very good value for money. Comfortable room, everyday cleaning, good breakfast, coffee and tea available 24h. Free parking next to hotel.

Arrived at Hotel Bettina; we were advised at the reception that due to failure of the electronical system hotel was overbook. The hotel present the possibility to spend the night in Haus Austria, that they paid for us for the service.
