For my colleague I booked an extra room at the time of checking in. In the middle of the night he called me that my card was charged twice and I should come down immediately to settle this…??? It could not wait…??? Next time let your guest sleep and have rest! Also by checking out the hotel could not provide me with an invoice. I have stayed here many times, but quality has gone down.

“Gunsan stay near Eunpa Lake”
Good sized room. Close to Eunpa Lake which is lovely to walk around. Good breakfast buffet. The check in staff were very friendly and helpful. Good value for money.

“Great stay would definitely be my go to in Gunsan”
Location was close to everything and the lake was just down the road. The staff were very helpful and spoke decent English. The foyers smelled wonderful!
