We booked all inclusive that was the best thing ever,the food was amazing and the staff was so good

One of the most concerning issues was the refrigerator in our room, which had a horrid and overpowering smell. Any food or drinks placed inside absorbed the odour, making the fridge unusable. Although a staff member attempted to clean it during our stay, the problem still persisted afterwards with no further action taken despite alerting staff again. In addition to this, there were multiple hygiene concerns throughout the property that made our stay extremely unpleasant. We encountered dead slugs on the steps leading to our room, which created an unhygienic and poorly maintained impression of the hotel grounds. There were also dead cockroaches on our balcony, which was deeply concerning from a cleanliness and pest-control perspective. Most disturbing of all was the condition of the shower head, which was covered in hair left behind by a previous guest. This demonstrated a serious lack of proper room sanitation and housekeeping standards. Furthermore, the towels provided in our room were stained, which was completely unacceptable. Clean towels are a basic expectation in any hotel, and providing visibly stained towels only added to our concerns regarding the overall hygiene standards being maintained throughout the property. As paying guests, we expect accommodation to meet basic hygiene and cleanliness requirements. The issues we experienced not only caused significant discomfort but also raised concerns regarding guest health and sanitation standards within the hotel that is believed to be a 5 star resort.

We stayed at Selectum Colours Bodrum from April 18th to 22nd as a group to celebrate my sister’s 50th birthday, and we had an absolutely wonderful time. We stayed in beautiful sea view rooms, and waking up to the stunning views each morning made our experience even more special. From the moment we arrived, every member of staff made us feel welcome and valued. The customer service was exceptional throughout the hotel—from the reception team to the bar staff, kitchen staff, and housekeeping. Everyone was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The food was outstanding, with plenty of delicious options to choose from, with a 24/7 bar serving drinks and food, and the hotel itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and set in a stunning location. Every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations. Travelling as a group can sometimes be challenging, but the hotel catered to all of us perfectly and helped make the celebration truly memorable. Everything was simply amazing, and our special occasion was made even more enjoyable because of the fantastic experience we had there. I would definitely return and would highly recommend Selectum Colours Bodrum to anyone looking for a relaxing, enjoyable, and memorable holiday.

The food was absolutely delicious, works of art, the main restaurant was exceptional . The pool was lovely to sit around and 24/7 restaurant was great, never had a cake station like it in reception bar, fantastic. Rooms were cleaned daily and towels changed. The reception staff were great and staff all round were really pleasant.

In the middle of April the hotel was 75% not ready to accept and accommodate the quests. Many areas including beach, piers, disco club were under repairs or maintenance except main lobby, pool and restaurant. Many restricted areas to walk. It was a time to eat and to drink only.

Really nice hotel and great for family holidays. Excellent location - not far from Bodrum Centre, and Gumbet is in walking distance. Lovely beach, good pools, excellent spa/Turkish hamam and loved the entertainment (shows and live music) every night. Helpful staff - food was very good - except for some of the foreign dishes which were a bit disappointing such as the ceasar salad and pizza - but the Turkish food was delicious (loved the beach gozlemes). Eko, Nur, Aykut, and Serkan at the spa were great!

Location is fine, as taxis, buses are easily available and very reasonable. We had a car so we had no problem getting around. The staff in the lobby bar, bell boys, sandwich bar were very friendly and always had a smile. The buffet, offered plenty of choice but for me it was all abit too hectic and personally I prefer waiter service, this also stops a lot of waste where people pile their plates and then leave the food. The view from the hotel was wonderful as was the swimming pools. A little cold but we soon got used to it.
