Hôtel correct.

We found our new car hit right in front of the hotel in their parking lot, and they didn’t give a damn. Despite of the fact that all of their security guards of this 5 stars hotel didn’t pay attention at all to do their job, to limit the acces of motoscooters between the cars (in a private parking) they refused to give the camera records of those days(we needed proof to show back in our country to our insurence company) instead they only lost our time and after hours of waiting for the police to come and make a report they took advantage of the fact that we were foreigns to speak with them in their language and to make sure they won’t get in any trouble the hotel’s image. Extremely disrespectful to thier guests for the audacity to say that the car was hit before, not in their parking, vanishing problems that their lack of seriosity caused. Some of the bartenders had anger issues, literally mad yelling at my parents to get any drink and leave, rolling his eyes rudely. And then the room, I’ve been to Turkey many times before and I’m aware that the accomodations are a little overrated, but this one specific room was like a 3 stars out of 5. It was small, dark, and of course mold in the bathroom, even though the man from the house keeping was trying his best. To sum up, each business protects their image, but at least a little bit of solidarity to your guest’s problem caused on your property would have been appreciate. A vacation to leave from with headaches, bills to pay and days off ruined…

Friendly staff and good location. Good pool and beach facilities - although the sun loungers were really hard. Nice breakfast, freshly cooked eggs and a lot of options for dinner. Good to have wifi throughout the complex

We were guests at the Royal Asarlik Beach Hotel for our vacation and had a truly fantastic experience! The facilities and services are top-notch, the food is excellent and offers a wide range of international and local dishes. The rooms are spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, with balconies overlooking the sea or gardens. The hotel staff was always friendly and helpful, responding with a smile to all our requests - a special thank you to Ezgi who took such great care of my children with love and attention 🥰. The hotel has several pools with breathtaking views of the sea and two beautiful private beaches. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and fun vacation in Bodrum. I'll gladly return next year 😉

I had a very disappointing stay at Royal Asarlik Beach Hotel. The rooms had a bad smell, the beds were damp, and the sink was clogged so the water wouldn’t drain. When I reported these issues, the staff did nothing to solve them. I don’t recommend this hotel at all — I hope others don’t waste their money here.

Room we had was out dated. Room is the main building are newer. Breakfast was standard nothing special. Lunch was not great poor if you ask me. Dinner wasn't bad decent.

The courteous staff . Beautiful views . Amazing food choice . A choice of pool areas was a big bonus . Great tunes around the marine bar pool and peace over the other side . Totally relaxed . Booking again for next year.

Overall, hotel has a good location in Gumbet. 2 beaches, 3 swimming pools. Just its not a 5 star.

Loved the all inclusive concept. The bars. The beachfront. The staff were amazing and very helpful

The view from the main restaurant is stunning, the hotel beaches are fine and it was not difficult to find available sunbeds there all day. One of swimming pools was ok, not too crowded and surrounded by a nice garden with big trees. One of the à la carte restaurants (the ottoman one) was nice. Nice view from the room balcony.
