Apartment just as advertised, everything provided and regular cleaning and towels etc provided. Good location and taxi and bus outside so easy to get around. Near to beach and swimming pool lovley. Best thing was the staff. On arrival we had problem paying taxi and staff really helped us with currency and supported us with impatient taxi driver., not taxi drivers fault . During the week there was a problem withdrawing money from local bank machine. Staff rang bank for my husband and was so helpful and supportive, think this was the owner. All sorted thanks to him Before we left supported with printing boarding passes for the airport think his name is Janner and so helpful and polite . Brilliant customer service all week and sorry I dont know all the names . Really felt safe and nothing was too much trouble no matter what we asked, Fantastic staff. Did.nt have breakfast but it looked good.

The location for my needs were excellent and all amenities are close to hand the hotel owns numerous facilities adjoining the hotel, one of these is a very handy 24hr mini market that has all you need so there is no need to worry about what time you arrive for you can pop next door for that pint of milk for your tea! their own restaurant is open to 2am which is convenient.

I liked very much the location, the size of the room and the staff's attitude. The guy who was the head of the reception speaks very good english and was very helpful. Generally the staff were very kind. The breakfast was also very good and the guy serving the breakfast was very friendly. The hotel has excellent location with regard to the public transport- the stop of the city bus is in front of the hotel and the bus goes to the Oasis Mall and to the center and marina.

I have been coming to Gumbet many many years but this was the first time I have stayed at Ozkuara I was a little apprehensive at first as I mainly like to stay in places I have been before but was I amazed. - I stayed in a room only but it was gorgeous it was spacious big bed lovely bathroom with shower and a small fridge - The pool although smaller than some hotels was gorgeous very clean and quiet no thumping music is was so relaxing - Gorgeous view of the peninsula from this hotel which I also loved - The food was fantastic and so reasonably priced - The staff were so friendly and helpful nothing was to much trouble - I extended my stay twice whilst on my visit and they extended and allowed me to keep my room with no trouble and did not charge me the earth. - Hotel was secure they did not just let anyone in to the hotel - The location was very very good right at the top of bar street which is perfect if you are going to bars of an evening Overall I was so happy with my stay and I think I will be staying at this hotel from now one.
