“Very good budget accommodation with helpful staff. If staying more than a couple of nights I’d say that a “sea view room”

Sea view room had a nice view! Close to many restaurants, the town and Tourist beach. Staff helped to book the speedboat back to Male and carried our luggage to the harbour. Don’t miss to go at night to the end of the left jetty (when facing the sea) to watch lots of Nurse sharks and stingrays just a few metres from you!!!

Happy with the room itself. Spacious, clean. Not a modern bathroom, but functional. View from the window was the building under construction next door - curtains were closed most of the time anyway to block out the heat of the sun. Nice that you can order meals from their kitchen, but I don't recommend the pasta. Daily housekeeping was good and we had fresh bottles of water provided daily. Nice staff and we enjoyed the boat tour we booked through them. Breakfast was standard and same everyday - I found this to be the case at all the 4 different hotels I stayed at in the Maldives, the menu is always the same. We could stay at the hotel after check-out whilst we waited for our afternoon ferry. Gulhi itself is a beautiful island.

Plenty of water bottles provided daily. The staff was friendly & nice. Daily housekeeping was good. The ocean view and balcony use was a nice bonus. Good breeze in the dining area and rooftop. Restaurants, bikini beach and convenient stores are all within a short walk.

First of all, I appreciate the personnel, thank you for your great work👍 the best hotel I have ever been! The room is extremely clean, and cool due to good air conditioner. Here two types of breakfast (continental, maldivian), sorry, guys, I cannot eat Maldivian with tuna and onion for breakfast. But continental breakfast is wow, omelette so good-fried, that I didn't smell or taste a cooking oil, sausages and toastes are also tasty 😋 and fruits as additional! The smiling cooker cooks an amazing chicken pizza, as we ate twice for evening dinner! I have never drunk the coke with slices of lime! Splendid! Actually, Gulhi is tiny island, but it has all that needed to middle tourist: bikini beach, souvenir shops, small markets, and tourist attraction services. We didn't use snorkeling tour due to our planned budget, but it costs 50$ per person - cheaper than other islands offer. The last day I've had pains on my body, cause extremely burned on sunbathing😄 that's why layed all day in the room. Don't forget to use SPF cream! Again thank you a lot for your service! I visited 9 countries with my wife, and till Ilaa Beach Hotel, I've never seen such a good service!

Stayed for 1 night here, its value for money, very clean and near to beach as the island is very small. Staff is very nice and cooperative specially Oney and Hussain.

Clean, comfortable, value for money and excellent staff who catered to all our requests at the earliest. The trips organized by this stay is also pocket friendly and they make sure to give you more than what has been promised. The food here is also good enough and reasonably prized. We requested for a private dinner and the staff put in all their heart to make it very special for us. Our rooms were cleaned everyday and we were provided with all the amenities mentioned in the website. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! :)

Everything was incredible, perfect location, wonderful service from the staff, GK was super kind and always helping to choose the tours, the breakfast was excellent, I highly recommend it and would come back more often!

First of all: ONEY! He is always ready to help, to offer info, to assist with all you can need during the holiday. He offered info about transfer, helped us with a new hairdryer, good info about trips etc. Big Tks! Second, Gulhi is not a big island, so not expect the instagram Maldivian luxury resort conditions, but they are doing their best to offer an unforgetable experience. The rooms were clean, excellent air conditioning, fan, bath towels, beach towels. Also the breakfast was good (although is the same each day) and the dinner was delicious (tasy and good price). From Ilaa to the tourist beach is a 5 minutes walking.

Great value for money, room was spacious. Staff was very helpful, allowed us to use the washing machine and helped us get cash (no atm on the island), helped with luggage etc. Thank you! Wifi was quite decent for Maldives. Download speed 4-8Mbps, but quite stable and did suffice for most. Mobile internet ofcourse works great in Gulhi too as in most Maldivian islands.

They don't have a pick up from/to the airport. Just the local boat in fixed times, impossible to have a pick up at the requested time. And it's not free

Breakfasts were great, also great service of staffs. Hotel is very friendly and all people are helpful. Great beach close to Hotel. Room was clean every day. Transfers and trips were managed perfectly.

It is just on the right hand from arrival place, like max 100m. The restaurant in the hotel is very affordable and tasty so buying dinner is pleasant experience, breakfast was very good.

Value for money. Staff. Late check- out.
