Nice & clean rooms with comfortable beds. Short walk to the onsen which the hotel offers a ¥50/ pax discount if the admission ticket is purchased at the hotel reception. Friendly staff. The hotel also offers free parking if you drive.

Everything. I like everything about this hotel. The room is well designed, extremely spacious in comparison to the same rate we paid for other hotels. They do not provide food service but they replace it with instant food readily to be purchased at the foyer. There's a well equipped pantry for us to make coffee or tea, etc.

The room is clean and modern. The room is not big but the bed is very comfortable.

Was comfy and mostly clean. Rooms were very spacious for two people. Free tea, coffee and miso soup packets were a life saver after walking out in the cold. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful with assisting to book taxis / suggesting nearby eateries.

Beautiful room with plenty of space Easy parking although the way in is on a tiny road, the way out is fine. Staff were friendly and helpful. Minimal English but we were able to communicate fine with my basic Japanese. Onsen next door and restaurants I stayed there to visit Gujo so had my meals there in town.

Very stylish and comfortable accommodation. There was no restaurant but the staff gave us a few recommendations. Breakfast was a bento box which we enjoyed. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great and spacious room, the bed was big and extremely comfortable. Near the hotel is a lovely spa, that we didn't have the time to go to, but it looked really nice. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. We would stay again!

“A bit of luxury in a small town setting”

Having stayed at multiple hotels this was the first with a comfortable bed. Room was a good size and clean and modern.
