We have a wonderful time in orchid resort. Rooms are in a beautiful garden with a lot of colorful flowers. Owners were very friendly and the homemade breakfast was delicious. The room was clean and comfortable with an ocean view balcony. Definitely recommended.

Fabulous space in the apartment. The terrace and the view were spectacular during the day and at sunset. We took the chance to use the bbq area which was a really relaxing space

Amazing location to explore the north of the island, great and welcoming hosts, who gave us great local tips. The accommodation was perfect with fully equipped kitchen. Definitely recommend!

“A perfect place to visit north of Dominica”

It's a really nice place to stay to visit the North of Dominica. You have a nice view of the sea and Cabrit National Park from the rooms upstairs. Douglas beach and Toucari beach are quite nice beaches around with some nice local bars restaurants. I also highly recommand Manoe's Cornerstone which appears to have live music every friday nights, it was awesome. Batibou beach, Red rocks and the chocolate factory are a bit further but really nice places too ! The room was big, and the bed was huge and confortable (king size).

The description and photographs don’t come close to describing what a magical place this is. It’s not a deluxe resort so don’t come here if you want air con and a minibar. Do come if you want to find the best beaches and waterfalls to visit in Dominica and if you don’t have a car ( we didn’t) I can’t think of better guides than Pavla and Jan. They have created something really special.

A lot of space and nice view from the terrace, but the best of all: The owners!! They are unbelievably friendly!! Unfortunately, I was sick during my stay and I was so lucky how lovely they took care of me. They picked me up from the doctor and even cooked soup for me. They cared like parents about my well-being. So sweet!! Please stay at their place, you won’t regret it!!
