“Hidden little gem”

Staff were very good, spoke English. Very helpful. Room was exceptional, very good Zen space, clean. Bed was was comfortable except it squeaked when you move on it. Breakfast was a small selection, but delicious. The hotel has a beautiful atmosphere and very quaint.

“Excellent place to stay when visiting Guilin”

We were very happy with this accommodation. The room was very spacious and clean, and the shower was excellent. I appreciated the non-slip floor in the shower. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of space to locate two large suitcases. It was easy to walk into the central town area, including the park along the river which was very pleasant. The main central lake, gardens and pagoda is really nice and only a few minutes away from the hotel. The staff were very helpful, especially when with booking taxis to get to the airport and helping with luggage in the pouring rain on our final morning.

The staff was very kind and attentive, they have booked for us activities like the Li River cruise (including transfer) at a great price and we had a wonderful time. Also they suggested a very good restaurant for the traditional beer fish! They have helped us with the luggages as there is no elevator.

“Clean and easy stay in central Guilin”

Stayed here for one night. Property was clean and had no issues at all. Room was big, shower had good water pressure and hot water, air conditioning was great. The staff was really helpful when we arrived and always helped when needed. Will stay here next time!

“I would book again”

Firstly this is an inn and not a hotel. More like a boutique hotel. The staff were amazing, really helpful. Breakfast was good and good value for money. Location was good. We had room overlooking the river. In the morning there was a band playing live music (gentle tones) on the riverbank and people doing tai chi. Very authentic. Room was ok for what we paid. Bed a bit creaky but room was spotless.

Great location, on a peaceful stretch of river, walking distance to all the main attractions.. Nice old world charm and receptionist Chris was friendly and helpful..

Staff were very helpful and spoke perfect English which helped a lot as my Chinese is not that good. They organised a river tour with a driver there and back, they couldnt do enough for me. Room was nice and clean and the location was excellent. Would definately recommend.

The staff were incredibly helpful and were great to deal with. They assisted us with booking a river cruise and gave suggestions on what to do and where to eat. The room was comfortable and the staff helped with our heater. The breakfast was basic but great - very satisfying. Our room was newly renovated and was so fresh and clean.
