The property looks nice. The interior of the hotel room looks nice n comfortable. The housekeeping was good n every day the housekeeper would tidy n replenish n hv clean towels everyday. That was a good stay.

LOCATION IS THE BEST. ROOM WAS OK BUT ALSO HEATING IS NOT OPTIMAL SERVICE DESERVES SOME IMPROVEMENT AND SPECIALLY REQUIERES MORE TRAINING OF THE STAFF RELATED TO ROOMS SERVICES , AND ALSO ON THE BREAKFAST AREA. IT MEANS MORE KINDNESS AND ATTENTION THE CUSTOMER NEEDS NOT ALWAYS SOLVED. LOBBY AMBIENCE IS NOT NICE DUE TO LACK OF HEATING , SO THE SENSATION IS TOO COLD SERVICE AT THE RECEPTION WAS EXCELLENT
