We booked this accommodation specifically to enjoy the private jacuzzi. Before arriving, I saw some reviews saying the jacuzzi was cold and dirty, but I decided to take the risk and give the place a chance. I even contacted the owner in advance and asked him to make sure the jacuzzi would be clean and hot before our arrival, and he told me there would be no problem. However, when we arrived the jacuzzi was cold and extremely dirty, with visible dirt, debris and what looked like leftover grime inside the water and around the edges. It clearly had not been cleaned or prepared at all. Because the water was so cold and the jacuzzi was in such an unhygienic state, we could not even get into it or use it, which completely ruined the purpose of our stay. When we told the owner about the issue, he offered no real help and basically ignored the problem. After we left, he claimed that the temperature could be configured, but this is simply not true. If you check the controls, you will see that you can only change the lights and the bubbles/jets, not the temperature. The only way to actually configure the temperature would be through a technician or someone with access to the technical system, not by guests. This feels very misleading because the private jacuzzi is clearly one of the main reasons people book this place. If your idea is to enjoy a private jacuzzi, do not book this place — it was cold, extremely dirty, and completely unusable for anyone with basic hygiene standards who doesn’t want to risk bathing in something that could easily make you sick.

Everything was great. The place had everything we needed and was very comfortable to stay in. After a few days, the owner kindly responded to our request to change the water in the jacuzzi. The water in the jacuzzi was always hot, which was especially nice during cool evenings. It was also convenient to have a grill, but the biggest advantage was the feeling of privacy — you can truly feel away from others. No one can see you, and in front of the house there are only banana plantations, silence, and peace. At the same time, all the necessary infrastructure is relatively close to the accommodation.

We had a bad experience. Firstly the cabin is tiny, which is not made clear from the photos. For example there is hardly any sitting room / living room area just a small corridor. Far too small for a family. Secondly the mattress on the bed is so old and soft it almost folds in half when you get on to it and the sheets do not stay on it. They would come off the corners in the night and we would be sleeping on the bare mattress. So unhygienic. Also the owner provided no waterproof mattress protectors or even regular mattress protectors on the bed or sofa bed just a thin sheet. Again so unhygienic and dirty ! The hot tub on the first night was OK temperature wise but we messaged the owner to ask if it would please go hotter. The next day it was even colder. The owner came and could not work out what was wrong and said the hot tub was new. But it was not working. By the end of our four night stay he still had not fixed it and we asked for a partial refund as the hot tub was the main reason we booked the cabin. He was very rude and said it was our fault the hot tub had not worked as we had splashed too much water out of it on the first night. Well there was no mention of this when he came to look at it, and to us it looked still full of water. He said instead of a refund we should be paying him for cleaning fees as we left the cabin in such a mess. We literally left a few small dirty items in the sink and a few things in the fridge as we had no where to dispose of them. Other than this just dirty sheets and towels as you would expect. I felt so upset and angry Also there is no strainer / colander in the kitchen, no scissors, there is no dishwashing machine, there is no hot water to the kitchen sink. We saw many insects inside the cabin including a cockroach. Never again !

Jacuzzi 👍 with hot water up to 40 degrees, it’s super comfortable for all family, our child enjoyed it so much. Cozy small house with beautiful view, good terrace, barbecue, parking, comfortable bed.

Everything was perfect! Amazing treatment, the staff were really helpful and friendly. The cleaning on point. Super well equipped. Location super quiet and relaxing. Views! The sunset was beautiful. Parking… nature, hot jacuzzi, bbq… LOVELY.
