“Great accomodation, helpful host and a calm area vibe!”

Stayed with family (6-year-old, travelled by car). Feels like home - more like a place to live than just a rental. Very clean, with three spacious bedrooms, one with a working area. Perfect location: close to the beach, shops, cafés, promenade, playgrounds, and workout areas. Blue Flag beach! The village isn’t crowded with tourists, giving it a charming fishing-village vibe. This was our second stay in San Juan, and we’ll definitely come back. The host was excellent and very helpful.

Good local vibe, beautiful views from the rooftop terrace (have to climb the stairs for 3 stories though as it is a shared rooftop and the apartment is on the 1st floor). Good to use the washing machine. Comfortable beds.

The apartment is in a quiet area, with a walking distance to the beach , grocery shops. Apartment is very spacious and clean. Host was very friendly and service minded. If we will be again in Tenerife we definitely will try to book this place again. Super offer when it comes money /quality. Fits perfect for family of 5 or two small families :

The apartment was very tidy and nice. All necessary equipment was there. The host was super nice, he explained everything and even shared some recommendations of what to do in the island.

Friendly host, eager to explain all the details. Playa San Juan is a great place to stay, not too touristy but with all you need to feel Canarian vibes. Lovely beach, no crowds, lifeguard on duty, free deckchairs if you come early, freshwater showers. The flat itself is very spacious and comfortable, easily accommodated a family of 5. 2 full bathrooms. No air-con but we didn't need it as it was well ventilated. Fans available in every bedroom but no need to use, really. It's a real flat not a typical holiday rental so you have large wardrobes to put your stuff and a washing machine - important if you travel light. Hope to come back one day 😁

“Exceptional apartment”

Everything was just perfect. Super clean apartment . We choose to eat out mainly and just had breakfast there , though everything was available to cook a meal if wanted. The thing I liked the best were the very comfortable mattress, which seems hard to find in most accommodations in San Juan . Tomie did all he could to make us feel welcome leaving us chocolate and wine on our arrival, such a lovely touch, and communication was great. I would highly recommended this apartment .

This is really nice apartment just in the very center of San Juan only short walk distance to nice promenade and the beach. Beach is suitable for swimming and laying on the sun :) On the promenade and nearby there is a lot of restaurants, so you have a chanse to choose yours! For us was good that there is a possibility to park a rented car nearby and parking is free :) Apartment is very clean and cosy, well equipped and the host is very nice! I'm sure, if you are looking for apartment for your rest near the ocean you will like it very much!

Good price, spacious apartment, free parking available, good connections to other parts of the island with car, quiet neighborhood, amenities as supermarket and restaurants or bars nearby by walking distance. Ocean is 10 minutes away by walking distance.
