Only provided one shampoo for 4 night stay and it came out in one blob ( just have been an old one). Didn't take garbage out after first day Tried to double charge even when provided with booking reference.

“Great location and friendly staff”
The room was great and the location was spectacular. Staff was very attentive and the area was very safe. it was minutes by Uber to the city centre aand close to amenties. also it seemd like a pretty safe are and right across from Chucks Roadhouse which was a huge plus.

“1st and last time staying”
The room had no heat on. It took 3 hrs to warm up. The room was terribly dusty. Under reno's. Carpet was disgusting . Won't go back!

“grimy”
bathroom was gross, orange grout (which i had to purchase cleaning products myself to clean for my daughter to have a bath, which then became white), no toilet paper on arrival. I was also given a wrong room as I requested 2 beds and got a king instead.

I think the staff was very friendly and welcoming and try to assist you in whatever way possible. The breakfast was also excellent and the location was convenient.
