I had paid prior to check-in and the Clerk accidently charged me again but did not tell me until I had left. I was 30 minutes away and had to drive back for an explanation. I asked him to refund me but he refused. I was not happy about that. The room had a small ice bucket and I asked where the ice machine was and was told it was broken and that Staff should remove all of the ice buckets.

The staff tried their best to be helpful in a terrible situation. I was offered a refund & change of room for the night. However, I will be asking for compensation for body harm & a lost night of sleep while on a business trip!
