Overview
Telecabina Las Catifas is set in the Genil Valley and 10 minutes’ drive from Güejar Sierra and Sierra Nevada’s ski slopes. It offers a seasonal outdoor pool and charming cottages. Each of the 9 stone-clad cottages at Telecabina Las Catifas has rustic décor and a picturesque setting surrounded by woodland. Each cottages opens onto a terrace. There is a living room with a fireplace, sofa and TV, and a kitchenette including a fridge, hob and toaster. Free Wi-Fi is included. The surrounding mountains and valleys are ideal for hiking, cycling, horse riding, paragliding, canoeing and archery. The centre of Granada is just 30 minutes’ drive from the property. Motril and the Costa del Sol can be reached in just over an hour by car.

The house was very cosy and beautiful, close to Sierra Nevada ski resort, my daughter loved animals - dog and horse, very family friendly. And what is important for February it was very warm inside.

Older accommodation, but absolutely clean, the owner attentive, anything that was needed was solved immediately. The only minus, there was no telephone signal or WiFi in the apartment. Both could be found at the owner's house above the accommodation, but you had to go outside and up the stairs. Excellent relaxation from the world.

“Perfect location to disconnect”
Gloria and Toni were extremely nice. Very friendly and knowledgable of the area. Noah the dog also won our hearts upon arrival. The location is perfcet and not far in the car from a lovely village. Perfect location to disconnect. It has good heating and was warm inside in January, which was lovely. Walls of the cabin are quite thin, so you can hear your neighbours, hence why there are rules about noise. We enjoyed our 2 night stay and hope to visit again.
