“Great location, food, and staff”

The staff were beyond amazing. My boyfriend had a dairy allergy and they made a small mistake but made sure to really lookout for us afterwards. On top of that, it really is Ski-in and Ski-out, and is very close to the lift. The food is amazing and the property is clean and modern. It isnt so close to the central towns but it has its own charm and is close to the lift that is less crowded. I was a bit hesitant reading reviews in relation to the staff being rude, but this was not our experience at all. They are very nice!

The place looks very new, a nice fancy stay. The food is amazing. They upgraded us to the studio apt. on the last floor with ski access to the shino lift.

New, comfortable, clean and cozy hotel. Great that there is ski in-ski out concept. Great restaurant, tasty breakfest (officialy from 8:30 but realy serv for 9-9:30), helpful stuff. Very comfortable bed, great bathroom with good water pressure.

Easy to find. The staff is kind and helpful -- the admin who takes care of us is very nice. Also, the staff at the hotels is nice, friendly with service mind. Very appreciated. There is a restaurant around just across the road. Also, there is a parking.

Great place. Great location. On the road but 50m from the ski lift. We stayed at the studio - it is very spacious. Nice loft design. Overall great experience. i was pleasantly surprised by the standard of this hotel. The restaurant is great and attracts people for the rest of Gudauri (quite expensive though)

We absolutely loved our stay at Skio. The staff was amazing, helpful and friendly. Everyone spoke perfect english so it was easy to communicate and they were always available to answer any questions. The room was nice and spacious with a balcony with mountain view. The room was very nice and clean and very hot and comfortable to spend time in after all day on the slopes. The bed was really comfortable and the duvet thick and comfortable. Shower hot , clean and nice. The hotel was only a short walk to the ski lift which was amazing. We loved the ambience in the hotel and the restaurant was cozy, clean and the food was exceptional. Fresh and tasty with good ingredients. We are vegetarians and ate both breakfast and dinner with big joy! The restaurant staff was polite, professionel and friendly. We will, without hesitation, stay at Skio when we visit Gudauri again and we reccommend everyone to stay as well! Thank you for a lovely and professional experience.

Our stay at Skio was fantastic! The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable, providing a cozy retreat after a day on the slopes. The reception staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to assist with a smile. The location is unbeatable, offering stunning views. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Gudauri!

Nini and Gigi were absolute legends. We had a wonderful stay. There hospitality and company made it very pleasant! And the hotel and room in general have nothing to be jealous of the Alps. Can't wait to see you again guys!

“Worth the money”

Gigi at the front desk was helpful, and the guy who fitted and kitted me out for skiing was a treasure. Everything was affordable to hire there: skis, boots, gloves, jacket, pants, helmet, and eye protection. The room was quiet, so I slept well. The restaurant across the road had some healthy and tasty Georgian vegan options. I liked being able to walk to the slopes and back.
