What I liked the most was that there were three separate beds, which was perfect for us since we were three male friends traveling together.

Perfect location - 2 minutes walk from a green slope which will lead you to chair lift, it is almost ski in-ski out :) Facility has dedicated room for ski staff (ski depo): there is own lockable cabinet for every apartment big enough (we was storing there 2 snowboards with boots and in the morning everything was dry). There are restaurants in the near buildings and a store right in the building. Walking distance from Old Gudauri and Spar. The room is well furnished, equipped kitchen.
