Very Disappointing Experience We were extremely disappointed with our stay at this hotel. The service was honestly unacceptable. When we asked for drinking water, we were told we had to come downstairs and collect it ourselves instead of having it delivered to the room. For a hotel, this level of service is very poor. It got worse when we requested extra towels and pillows. We were told they couldn’t provide any and were advised to use the sofa pillows instead. This is simply not appropriate for guests paying to stay comfortably. Overall, the service standards were far below expectations, and we did not feel valued as guests. Unfortunately, we would not recommend this hotel based on our experience.

First time ever in Georgia, and we stayed at the Residence Gudauri Hills. We absolutely loved it and would highly recommend it. It was the perfect place for our first ever snow experience. The staff is amazing. They were very welcoming and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. They helped us with organising airport pick up, transport to Tbilisi, and a private tour to Kazbegi. Their restaurant serves beautiful Georgian food, and the staff is super friendly and very professional.

“Exceptional Views with Great Rooms”
The service from the lady working the late/night shift on November 7th, 2025, was exceptional. The room was clean and well-equipped. We especially appreciated the full pantry, which included a cooker, microwave, kettle, cutlery, and condiments, making the stay very convenient. The location offered a great highlight: waking up to the uninterrupted view of the snowy mountains each morning was a memorable experience.
