Excellent position, right next to the ski slops. Very clean, modern and with an amazing view to the Gudauri mountains full of snow. I totally recommend! 😃

“We had a wonderful stay in Gudauri! Andrea was absolutely fantastic, very kind and helpful throughout. The flat is very comfortable, spacious, and equipped with all the basics we needed. It’s perfectly located, so close to the slopes that we could start skiing early every morning with no hassle. Highly recommended!

“A good stay”
Location was very good, right on the 'Pirivelli' green slope and 'Soliko' ski lift. Very tidy and clean, with excellent ski storage facilities. The balcony was a fantastic amenity. Beds were comfortable, and the shower was really good.

The apartment is comfortable, has everything you need, you can cook in them, as we did. Andrea (оwner) is attentive, friendly, helpful and positive, was always in touch. The view from the room is gorgeous - on the mountains. If you plan to cook on your own, it is better to buy products not in Gudauri. In Gudauri it is far to go to the nearest shop, and the choice is very poor.

“STAY IN WINTER WONDERLAND”
What can I tell about this place..?? Fantastic stay in a winter wonderworld. Andrea is super cool. We met her on the last day of our stay. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. The location is superb. Very much accessible to outdoor activities. I wish to visit this place again and again. Snow bike and ski is a must for everyone who attend this place.

“Nice quiet location, cosy room, excellent for quiet family stay.”
The flat is very clean and well-kept. Everything necessary is there, in the bathroom, in the kitchenette, everything is in good condition. Location is excellent - 3 minutes walk from the ski lift, 20 minutes walk from New Gudaury with all restaurants and Shops. if you want some non-sport activity. The room was warm, which is great given the outside temperature of -19 degrees Celsius at night. Good water pressure in the bathroom and temperature regulation in the shower works well. The restaurant in the property building works until 2 am, which is convenient if you arrive late. The host was incredibly nice and helpful!

“Amazing stay especially for skiing season”
The views were incredible, the kitchen was well equipped, the shower was powerful and lovely and hot. The apartment was close to the ski lifts and had everything you needed in close proximity. Staff were lovely and very helpful. We could leave our bags at the reception after we checked out as we wanted to ski for an extra day. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful view of the Caucasus mountains. Comfy bed in a spacious apartment. Netflix a plus. Andrea was very accommodating.

Our room was equipped with everything we ever needed. Kitchen utensils and cookware were complete even woth wine opener. The host was amazing. And the view from our room was the best. And very near to the cable car for skiing and near to restaurants. Would recommend this place.
