These private Apartments just in front of Gondola Ski Lift are located in the Apart-Hotel "New Gudauri" (Studio Apartment in Block1 and Deluxe Apartments in Block2), with 100 m distance to each other divided by small garden. Each apartment has its own ski depot. In first block you can find the best restaurant in Gudauri “Gamarjoba” where you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner (continental and Georgian fusion). In Block2 You can enjoy spa, gym and swimming pool with additional fee. In the short distances You can find supermarket, ATM, SPA centers, swimming pools, sauna, ski rental equipment, paragliding, ski-schools, shopping stores , children ski lift, as well as Casino. We can organize transfer for You from airport and back for additional fee!

Everything was as described, real photos, apartment was exceptionally quiet, clean and well equipped with all necessary amenities. The host is very helpful. Good value for money. I really enjoy my stay and would highly recommend. I will definitely back again. Thank you!

A location was the best, near Gondola, many cafes and restaurants around, markets. Apartment was very clean, with nice modern design, nice view, comfortable beds, with very attentive staff and host. Nice spa and swimming pool in the building and good restaurant in front of , in block 1, just 50 m away with delicious food , you can have breakfast and dinner es well. Thank you for making my holiday unforgettable! I will back definitely!

No WiFi, nobody to talk with. Old bread in the closet and no heat in the room we were freezing to death. Smell of cigarettes in the hall way. And we got toilet paper just after we ask

“Photos are creating false expectations”
The location is exceptional. It's the best place to live in Gudauri. They have a place in ski depot, where you can store your skis. And you have a good (not exceptional) view from the window, where you see the neighboring houses, the ice skating place and a bit of mountain tops.

Very good location, close to gondola. All restaurants are very close also. View from the apartment is so nice.
