“Exceptional stay – perfect ski apartment”
I had a fantastic stay at New Gudauri Atrium Ski and Dream Apartments and couldn’t fault it. The apartment was modern, spotless, and very well equipped, with everything needed for a comfortable ski holiday. The balcony and mountain views were a real highlight, especially after a day on the slopes. The location is excellent – right in New Gudauri, with easy access to the lifts, ski rental, restaurants, and shops. It made everything incredibly convenient and stress-free. The building itself is well maintained, warm, and quiet, with lift access and good security. Communication with the host was smooth and efficient, and check-in/check-out were straightforward. Wi-Fi worked well throughout the stay, and having a fully equipped kitchen was a big plus. Overall, a high-quality apartment in a prime location. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Gudauri for skiing or a mountain break.

“Excellent for a family holiday.”
Ski in and out, as the location is amazing. Lot`s of good restaurants options close by. Host helps to organize the transfer from Tbilisi airport to the accommodation and back. Excellent place and we are coming back!

The house was very well furnished, every detail was well though. Seamless check in, responsive host who resolves all the questions instantaneously. The trip enjoyable and comfortable, the building is ski-in/ski-out.

“Awesome apartment, awesome location, ok SPA, awesome restaurant.”
This apartment is awesome! I think that it’s the most convenient place to live in Gudauri. The apartment is fresh, clean, with all necessary facilities. You’ll get normal net, you own kitchen and nice TV. This house has the SPA (not very good, but it’s okay after skiing for chilling) and the best restaurant in the whole New Gudauri (in my opinion). In addition, you are provided with lockers for your ski/snowboard, it’s also on the -1 floor. But the most incredible thing - the house is located just near the slope! You literally can ride in the house at the end of your riding day! You don’t have to go anywhere, just slide down the mountain along the desired slope and you are already standing right at the entrance to the apartment!

“Great Apartment highly recommended”
A very well presented apartment. Extremely clean, comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen and most important, the location. Literally ski in ski out, restaurant, ski shop, and spa in the building. Our host was extremely responsive to any inquiry from more bathroom products to extra keys or restaurant recommendations. Very impressive. Thanks, we'll be back.

“Had the best time, in a great room in a great location!”
The room was very well organised, and the host was available for us at any time, answered questions and gave us local recommendations. Was an excellent choice! Location was also great, just 200 meters from the lifts. We also loved the fact that the room was equipped with everything we needed in order to cook, including new dishes, sugar, coffee and more.
