The apartment has an excellent location and a wonderful host. Everything was clean and new. The balcony view was beautiful, and it is only 30 meters from the main lift and the center. We also had a ski depot for our equipment. Both hot and cold water worked perfectly, and the apartment had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The owner was easy to contact at all times. Thank you for everything — our stay was amazing. We will definitely come back and highly recommend this apartment!

Everything was very, very good. Everything you needed was in the apartment. And if anything was needed, everything was taken care of. As the plans changed, an extra night was needed, and Zurab took care of that. Thank you. It is a pity that there is no higher rating as it is worth more than 10. The apartment is clean, cozy and warm. Beds are comfortable, refrigerator, microwave, cooker. Located in the best location in the new Gudauri, next to the gondola, ski safety. We will definitely be back. Thank you very much.

Zurab and Zaza are great hosts, thank you! After a long road from Moscow to Gudauri we found out a bottle of wine and churchkhela (traditional Georgian candy) presented to us as a compliment. - Cozy and modern aparment with everything you need. They even got a corkscrew, if you know what I mean. - Ski depo is a very convenient way of storing your equipment. - Breathtaking ski-in/ski-out experience! - We were timely offered a free cleaning service in the middle of our stay which was very kind. - Apartments are located just in front of the elevator. I was dissapointed at first, but then I realized it actually saved us a lot of time when returning to the room after skiing. And there was not any distracting noise at all. - SPA located on the -1 floor of the building is a good way to relieve muscle tension (sauna, hammam, pool and jacuzzi for 100 GEL per person)
