It is an amazing place! The best location for traveling to Gudauri. The apartment was clean, comfortable and very close to the ski lifts and all the center of the heart of the ski resort! The host was very nice 👌 Perfect communication and absolutely awesome with helping to find anything you'd like to experience there, starting from ski equipment to any sport or cultural activities around.

Bedsheets electrify alott must recommend to change it to cotton which doesnt and pls have a proper bedsheet which fits the bed size. Also heater needs some maintenance as it doesnt heat we stayed in -2,3 degree without heater, No handwash liquid/ soap/ shower gel / nothing in bathroom. I personally feel we paid alott more than we actually expected. Didnt even have water bottles, in such freezing cold weather we had to walk all way to spar (which is 10mins by walk) to get water to drink. Personally didnt feel value for money at all.

Great location for the slopes! Less than 5 minute walk to main gondola lift. Plenty of bars and restaurants around the area and also ski hire places.

I want to start with the amazing host Nikoloz, he was so hospitable during my stay. He let me check in early in the morning, the house was very clean and spacious. He advised me about doing things in Gudauri. He was very helpful in every aspect.Thank you for the complementary wine and chacha, they were delicious and made by him! Special thanks to his friend, Grisha, for the airport transfers from Tbilisi to Gudauri and back to Tbilisi at the end of my stay. He was a smooth driver and a nice person. The location of the house was very good, close to everything by walk. I advise this place and its great host to everyone considering staying in Gudauri.

Everything was perfect! The room is fully equipped with everything needed for a stay. We spent 5 days at this apartment in the summer, viewing mountains, seeing sights and relaxing. Although Gudauri is a winter resort, it is a fascinating place to visit in the summer. Nearby the apartment there are view points, funicular, we even went to waterfall. What a pleasure to return to loft after traveling! Also we served breakfasts on the balcony, buying food in nearby spar. The owner always keeps in touch! Recommended 10/10!

Very cozy place with everything you need for your stay. Great location, wonderful view to the mountain. Realy hospitable host. :) Helped with everything we needed. Asked for earlier check-in and it was arranged in half an hour even before 12 am.

Comfortable apartment, only few minutes walk to Gondola ski lift, restaurants and Spar. Very nice English speaking owner who’s very helpful.
