Speaking with Lana before arrival was very easy and she went out.of her way to support with transfer to and from Gudauri. The apartment itself was in an ideal location, clean, very cozy with instant hot water for showering after a day on the slopes. Having basic utensils, plates, cleaning products and towels really helped as well

What a great experience! We had an amazing ski week and everything was as convenient as can be! The apartment was perfect, loved the view, had everything we needed to make some of our meals in the apartment. Variety of restaurants right outside our door step. 2 spa's (did both). Lana the hostess was super helpful with arranging transfers for us and answering all our questions. The main ski lift/lifts are like 50metres from the apartment door (30 second walk with ski equipment) :-) Ski rental places right next to us. Plus we had so much snow! And 3 sunny days! I mean......wow.

1) Flexible time for check-in. 2) Clean room as long as eyes can see. 3) All the utensils in the kitchen you need for several day's stay. 4) Bigger than average apartment in Gudauri, hence more space in the room. 5) 10 meters away from the bar, 50 meters away from the 24/7 supermarket, 100-200 meters away from the ski lifts. 6) Parking available nearby.

Lana was very responsive and helpful, both before the stay and also during the stay. Also organized transportation from airport, who gave as the keys and showed as the room/. Room was clean and well equipped as promised. Location is great, 100m from gondola, practically - sky in / sky out.

The apartment building was very noisy. On one of the nights there was a party going on until 1:30am, not ideal when there are young families staying there. The apartment lacked some essentials; there were no breakfast bowls and no hairdryer.

Our friends and I enjoyed the hospitality of the host Lana. She was in touch always, when we needed her help. Lana has supported us wit transfer on the way back home, arranged the fulfillment of each our request very quickly. We definitely will recommend Lana, as a person, who you can trust being abroad.
