Perfect hotel, clean and well equipped. Owners Maia and Vazo are very friendly. It’s close to the ski slopes, however there is no supermarket nearby, it’s better to buy everything in advance. There is a shared kitchen - one per floor. Not overpriced place. I will definitely stay here again.

“Perfect stay in Gudauri and great value for money!”
Everything was great! The hosts were amazing. They let us check in earlier without any extra fees. The room was clean and had a balcony with a beautiful mountain view. The private bathroom had all the necessities. There was a shared kitchen with all the amenities.

Friendly environment, very nice host, lovely, and my room had a nice panoramic view of the mountains. The rooms were very clean, everything you wanted was available, even the host dropped me to every place I needed to go to, referred me to his friends for activities which saved me money and time.
