Wonderful hotel with friendly service. Beautiful views from the hotel and a big plus for the spa area available to guests. Wonderful accommodation in the hotel restaurant!

I won't say it as hotel, it memory beautiful view from the room and balcony Excellent Breakfast, Nice & friendly staff Especially Nina was very helpful during the late check in & arranging the cake for my wife bday at late night Would definitely want to come back and stay

We had a great stay overall. The hotel’s location is excellent, making it incredibly easy to get around. Our room was perfectly clean and well-maintained, which is always my top priority. ​Regarding the breakfast: as many other reviewers have noted, the options are quite limited. While it’s fine for a quick bite, don't expect a massive variety. If you’re okay with a simple start to the day, the location and cleanliness of this hotel make it a fantastic choice. I’d definitely stay here again for the convenience alone

“Great hotel with spectacular views and friendly staff!”

The hotel staff was incredible, always very nice, friendly and helpful! Rooms are spacious and have spectacular and breath taking views to the mountains. Spa is also good with a pool with warm water, sauna and steam room. Restaurant has great wine selection and delicious food. We recommend this hotel.

“Calming stay with excellent service and beautiful views!”

I felt very welcomed here, the staff was friendly and was easy to communicate with! The room was excellent with calming colors and wooden details. The view to the mountains was superb🤩 The breakfast varied every day, and was deilicious. They also have good options for different diets like vegans. I also rented ski equipment and was lucky to get good quality skis and gear. Will definitely come back if I'll go to Gudauri again!

“Disappointment”

The room/suite was good, great view from the window/terrace.

Really nice property, staff was really friendly and the chairs on the sun deck were amazing. We had the hotel all to ourselves which was an amazing experience as well.

The hotel is located between the mountains and has great views from the room. Warm, clean.

On paper the facilities are great, but with a little more effort/maintenance they would be much better.

Nice hotel, but right on the main road with loads of heavy trucks. You need to take a taxi to lower Guduari. Staff are very friendly and helpful

“Excellent Hotel with magnificent views and well located”

Friendly staff, Sauna and facilities, breakfast , location, all excellent. For skiing there is a free shuttle to Shino and on the way back we could snowboard until Alpina Hotel and walk 2 minutes to the hotel. Very convenient.

“Adequate stay, but limited amenities and location convenience did not reflect the price.”

Although small, the pool, sauna, and steam room were a welcome addition after a day on the slopes.

Room Rent is very high.. but service, breakfast is not meeting minimum level....

“Best Value for money and remarkable hospitality!”

Extremely good place. Spacious and clean rooms, great facilities and nurturing tasty breakfast. Above all the service was perfect!!! Everyone smiled to us and Nina was the most kindest with respect to any request we had including doing her outmost best with allowing us late checkout that we can refresh before our flight back home. Super appreciated. Highly recommend and best value for money !

Ski area is great when it's enough snow and good weather. Staff mostly is nice and helpful. Fantastic views.

Great facilities game room, sauna, indoor pool and wonderful restaurant great food and full bar on site. Great views of the mountains hotel very kindly provided daily shuttle to and from the mountain for skiing
