The spa and outdoor pool (esp at night) is amazing. Food is good and ski facilities great. The hotel reminded me of the "Shining" movie, in a good way

The hotel is simply excellent. First of all the position is perfect for skying, just a few meters from the Priveli route. Our Deluxe Family room was very cosy and clean. The room facilities are amazing, especially the outside pool and the entertainment area. The food was very tasty both in the morning buffet and the evening restaurant. The staff was very helpful, especially Irina from the reservations who helped us a lot as we didn't manage to arrive in the original dates. We can't wait to return..

I really loved this hotel. The interiors are beautiful, the outdoor pool is amazing and warm, and the staff are super friendly. Special thanks to the girl at the reception ❤️ — we arrived before check-in time and she let us check in early, which was really nice. The location is convenient, and the spa is included in the room price. The spa area itself is great, and the guy at the bar explained everything in detail. Also really enjoyed the bowling — the guy there was super nice, explained everything and was very welcoming. And gotta mention the equipment rental at the hotel too — really cool and friendly guy, helped us with everything. The stay was perfect, just wish it was longer. Honestly, amazing hotel, but even better people working there ☺️

Its the best in its class. Especially the swimming pool in the snow was the best. Also the sauna and steam room

Not accommodating or understanding. Wanted to schedule my booking to another time and wouldn’t allow me, so I lost my money. Would not recommend.

“Beautiful and comfortable hotel”

Our stay was seamless. Starting from very helpful front desk stuff who would adres any problems or requests we had immediately, restaurant stuff being attentive and any hotel stuff who was very helpful. We loved all the facilities and hotel proximity to the ski lift.

“Old nice hotel for friends&family for 1-3 days stay max”

good facilities for friends and family: bowling, gym, spa, billiards. Since the hotel is far from New Gudauri, you can stay there and book indoor activities, which is good. Nice church nearby, within walking distance of the hotel.
