I had a very pleasant experience with the staff, who were generally friendly and welcoming. However, Nini really stood out. She spoke very good English, which made communication very easy. She was extremely helpful and even guided me while planning my return trip to Tbilisi as well as my paragliding experience. I truly appreciated her kindness and support, which made my stay even better. 😊

Awesome place - spacious, warm and clean rooms, stunning views from windows/balcony, helpful hosts; flexibility for a mid-sized group and accommodating for early arrivals and late departure, delicious food options on-site for both breakfast and dinner (and house wine!). The area is a bit more quiet and away from the main New Gudauri centre, but everything is reachable either by a walk along the motorway or a short taxi trip.

“Perfect”
We told the lovely lady that we were vegetarian, and she prepared food specifically for us! :D she was so kind. Everyone there was lovely and went out of their way to help us, even with the language barrior. The location, the cleanliness, the staff, and basically everything about this stay was perfect. Thank you for being so kind to us :D <3

“Great food. Great location. Great hosts”
The host was wonderful, she tries to do everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. They helped with booking the shuttle, and even when we changed the leaving hours twice, they didn't make an issue and helped us re-book. Location is good - 7 min. walk uphill in the snow to the first cable car. It's not that bad if you're not lazy. The place is very clean. Good breakfast. The best part in the hotel is dinner: Delicious dinner that you order from the menu, you don't need to leave the hotel to get REAL Georgian food and for a fare price. At night, it's very quiet and you can get a good night sleep. It's definitely worth the price Thank you very much for having us.

“Exceptional!”
The staff and service were so good I checked in early and they quickly helped me get set up for a long day on the slopes. I rented ski’s at the hotel which was far more cost effective than renting them at the slopes. The equipment provided was also very good! Breakfast was good, showers were hot and the beds were comfy! Thanks to Luca and the rest of the staff at deka for a great stay.

The staff are courteous and helpful. Georgian breakfast is good. It's a small 5 to 10 minute hike up to the Pirveli ski lift. Ski rental available. My rooms had balconies. Any issue we faced was solved immediately. Overall stay was comfortable.

Food was delicious, there is a ski depot on the territory, five minutes walk to the ropeway up the hill - we were more than happy!

“A wonderful guest house!”
We had a great experience at hotel Deka - the location is great for accessing the slopes and the hotel itself was cosy and comfortable. The staff went out of their way to be helpful and the food was delicious (as well as having a great breakfast, we ate there most nights!)
