Location is superb, not quite ski-in ski-out as it requires a walk but still after a couple of minutes of walk you are on a slope by the lifts. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food is good Ski rental is in the building

The location is great. I really liked that the ski hire, the restaurant and ski slopes were so close! I also loved the available facilities like the spa and the pool. The receptionist Keta was also super friendly and helped is very efficiently with our check in.

All hotel staff were very friendly and professional, and the overall atmosphere was extremely pleasant — from the reception to the restaurant and parking area. The entire team left a very positive impression. I would especially like to mention Keti at the reception — she was very polite, attentive, and friendly. Her professionalism truly shows how important it is to have the right people in such positions. Many thanks to the entire Carpe Diem team — we will definitely come back!

“Think ten times before staying at this hotel. The place is simply terrible, with inhumane treatment.”

This place is simply terrible. We have never encountered such a disgusting attitude toward guests before. We had booked a room at this hotel. When we checked in, there was a terrible smell in the room of some kind of strong chemical (most likely chlorine used to disinfect pools and saunas). The condition of the room and the items in it left much to be desired. All the furniture needs repair and restoration. The tiles in the bathroom are cracked, and the plumbing is in awful condition. When we asked to change the room, the staff said that there were no available rooms. It is important to note that there was not a single manager on site, only an administrator who demonstrated a very unprofessional and incompetent attitude. Since this happened in the evening, it was impossible to find another hotel in the area because all hotels were fully booked. As a result, we had to spend the night in our car, which was terrible. We were told that the check-in manager would arrive at 8 a.m. the next day. When we came back at that time, the manager arrived late, and when we asked him to explain what was going on and offer any solution, he simply said that we had to wait because he was very busy and had a lot of work. Only around 11 a.m. (just imagine the attitude toward guests who had spent the night in their car!) did the manager finally speak to us and carelessly said that he could not help us and that there were no rooms available, even though during the time we were waiting more than three guests had checked out. Our patience finally ran out, and we had to look for another hotel. Because of the high demand, the only option was to book a hotel in another town about 10 kilometers away from this hotel and the ski resort. This was the worst experience we have ever had, and our entire vacation was ruined. For more than three weeks now, the hotel staff have simply ignored both our requests and the requests from the Booking platform representatives for the refund.

The hotel was comfortable and friendly with my dog. The breakfast options were limited and not tasty and not fresh. And when I went to the dining room for dinner, the staff were not smiling and not very friendly.

It was nice breakfast, big variety of food, there was everyday cleaning and also massage possibilities:) rental was in the hotel and like 2 minutes walk to gondola lift and ski slope :) I also like very helpful staff especially receptionist: Katie :)

Close enough to the ski lifts, which was very convenient. There’s a ski and snowboard rental service right in the hotel. The staff were excellent - friendly, attentive, and very responsive. The service is truly on high level.
