“Great place for a ski trip”
The apartment was comfortable and clean and warm 24/7. It has a small kitchen with all the necessary equipment. Hot and high pressure water was available. Olga is very friendly and polite. The location is very good and has ski depot for free. Highly recommended!

“Amazing apartment, perfect location!”
Best possible location in New Gudauri! Closest to EVERYTHING! We literally never walked more than a minute anywhere, front row to the Gondola / Ski Lift. The apartment is very well equipped and Olga the host was amazing and helped us with whatever we needed.

Location!! Walk right out to the gondola and chair lift. There are plenty of restaurants and bars. View over the slopes and bars. I could even see my son getting a lesson on the kids' slope from our room. The Host was lovely.The apartment was very comfortable and super clean. Would definitely recommend it.

We was met by Olga, she took us to the apartment. We liked everything very much. Very clean, warm, comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need to prepare breakfast: microwave, stove, dishes, kettle. Bed linen is of high quality and white. Towels, slippers, shower gel - everything was there. The bathroom is very clean and odor free. We will definitely come next time. Thanks to Olga for the quick check in and help! We were able to stay until 17.00 without extra charge! We appreciate it very much!
