“We stayed here during our first ever trip to Gudauri and we would love to come back and stay here again!”
The property is in a prime location near the main gondola. The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the listed amenities.

“Superb location.”
Location was exceptional, 5mins away from activities. Travelled with kids during peak winter, so a place to rest and warm up when it gets too cold is just perfect. Staff made sure we have all we need.

“Amazing location”
Location was near to the main ski resort. There's restaurant and supermarket nearby and the host was so helpful with all of our queries. The view is amazing from the balcony.

“Comfortable stay in new Gudauri”
+ clean and big room for the two of us + value for money + washing machine to wash your clothes + free wifi ( but signal not very good, often dropped off or pretty slow )

“Coming back without a doubt”
We liked absolutely everything! First time by default we stayed in holiday home since the hotels around were fully booked. From the beginning of our booking.com confirmation all went smooth. The host was very friendly, helpful and attending to all our needs. The bottle of champagne and candies from the Landlords for New Year was so sweet, we were overwhelmed ( especially my Canadian husband :)) Nateya, the host's assistant is such a sweetheart! She made everything possible to make our stay comfortable! We didn't want to bother her a lot but we could see her running around non stop helping the other tenants. Oh god.... poor girl, she was bothered even on the New Year Eve and New Year day! Special Thank you for being patient and providing professional services!
