Accommodation is such that every other room is owned by separate person but it is rented via management as single name. All facilities were within 2-10 minutes walking distance from room, be it supermarket / restaurant / cafe/bar/ski lift / pharmacy/ money exchange.

I liked the location. Very warm radiators dried clothes quickly and it was possible to turn them off.

“Best location in new gudauri”
Very clean, by a singaporean's standard. Well-equipped apartment, with ski depot, spar market and panda ski rental downstairs. 3 mins walk to ski slope. Best part of the stay - Toda and Irakli were exceptional hosts, love their hospitality. Definitely would recommend this place

“Luxurious apartment”
We had a very nice stay and would definitely come back again. Entire apartment is very cozy, beds are comfortable and kitchen is fully equipped. Contact with host is very easy, he responded very quickly to my questions regarding ski rentals. The view from the balcony is breathtaking! Definitely recommend
