“Great hotel, comfortable stay with wonderful amenities. Not without its downsides of course.”
Overall, great hotel. Receptionist Giorgi took good care of our stay and helped us pick from multiple available rooms for our special occasion. The location of the hotel was great as you could directly ski out of it. Had lockers directly on the ski slope level Greatest amenities and greatest SPA out of the whole Gudauri I reckon, clearly taken care of, new appearance and good stylish hot pool outside. The breakfast was elaborate and had quality food. We actually liked it so much that we extended our stay for one day more, which was smooth and easy.

“OK”
The Hotel is marketed as 5 Star hotel but it’s low 4 Star or excellent 3 Star hotel at best , staff extra nice and all speak very good English, the only restaurant in the hotel has excellent food , better not venture out of the hotel for food you’ll be disappointed, ski in and ski out is great but Gudauri ski resort in general is not very exciting , then again we’re used to French Alps and Tyrol mountain resorts , may be we are spoilt

Comfortable for a few days with a nice outdoor pool and sauna. Our first room was quite smelly, but thankfully one of the staff members helped us change rooms and the new room was much better. Breakfast was decent and their omelette was delicious.
