“Amazing stay with amazing facilities”

Staff were all amazing (Bachana, Etuna, Mariam, Gio, Irakli) and so welcoming after a long drive. We were provided a complimentary upgrade to 1 bed suite with amazing views. Swimming pool / hot tub were so relaxing. Breakfast had plentiful supply and delicious. I booked for private wine tasting (which Bachana front staff provided a 50% discount) - Irakli was very knowledgeable and personable (and even treated me to a few shots of the local spirits!). Appreciated the complimentary Ski Gudauri poster on check-out. Facilities were all clean and top quality. Want to come back for ski-season!

“The Perfect Summer Retreat”

I stayed at Gudauri Lodge during the summer, escaping the heat of Tbilisi, and had one of the most relaxing vacations I can remember. My goal was simply to switch off, recharge, and enjoy some peace and quiet, and this hotel delivered exactly that. I spent most of my time enjoying the excellent spa facilities – the pool, hot tub, and large sauna were fantastic. There is also a small gym, which was perfectly fine for keeping active during my stay. My room was comfortable and well-equipped, making it easy to settle in and relax. The food and wine were absolutely amazing and exceeded my expectations. Every meal felt like a treat, and I particularly enjoyed spending time in the restaurant and bar areas, taking in the beautiful mountain views. One small drawback is that most rooms do not have a balcony. However, there are lovely outdoor spaces, including the garden by the restaurant and the balcony at the bar, where you can sit and enjoy the scenery. I would also like to mention the wonderful staff. Etuna was incredibly welcoming, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. Special thanks as well to Mariam, Armaz, Miro, and Gio for their friendliness and excellent service. They are a fantastic team and truly contributed to making my stay memorable. As for Gudauri itself, I know many people love it, and the surrounding mountains are undeniably stunning. However, I personally prefer walkable destinations, and Gudauri is not really a place where you can do much without a car. Normally, that would have been a downside for me, but Gudauri Lodge completely solved that problem. The hotel offered everything I needed for a relaxing getaway, so I never felt the need to go anywhere else. I left feeling refreshed, well looked after, and very grateful for such a wonderful stay. Highly recommended.

We were also pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade and a late check-out, which allowed us to enjoy the spa for even longer 🥹🙏🏻 The hotel is absolutely beautiful and stylish, with a wonderful spa and an incredible heated outdoor pool overlooking the mountains 😍 The restaurant also offers stunning views and delicious food. Everything we ordered was excellent, the breakfasts were great, and the service was truly outstanding. We had a wonderful time and left feeling completely refreshed, both physically and mentally 🙏🏻 We will definitely be back! 🇬🇪❤️

Our stay was great. The hotel has a very nice swimming pool and a huge outdoor jacuzzi, which was a big plus. The staff were friendly, kind and helpful. The whole infrastructure of the property was very good, with beautiful views and delicious breakfasts. We really enjoyed our stay.

We stayed at Gudauri Lodge for my birthday and honestly had the most wonderful experience 💗 The hotel team made our stay incredibly special – they decorated the room with balloons, brought a cheesecake with a candle, and even let us play billiards for free. Such thoughtful little details made us feel truly welcomed and cared for. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. The pool area is amazing, the sauna was great, and the outdoor jacuzzi with a mountain view was simply unforgettable. The atmosphere there is so relaxing and cozy. The room was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Breakfast was also delicious with a big variety of choices. Most importantly, the staff were exceptionally attentive, kind, and friendly throughout our whole stay. We left with only the warmest impressions and would absolutely love to come back again 💗

Everything was fantastic, the lady at the front desk was incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. Our highlight was the wine tasting with Irakli, who was knowledgeable, friendly and made the experience really memorable. It made for a fantastic stop en-route to Kazbegi and the outdoor hot tub was a real treat after a long day of driving

Everything was excellent from start to finish. From the warm welcome by ARMAZ and GIORGI, who were both incredibly kind and helpful, to the room itself (we were upgraded to a Junior Suite), which was wonderful — modern, clean, comfortable, and very well equipped. The hotel facilities are outstanding — the spa and pool are amazing, the bar was excellent with a great variety of options, and the lobby was beautiful and spotless. There are also very fun game and movie rooms that made the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

“Great location, breakfast and wellness facilities”

This was a last-minute booking for 1 night in April after the hotel we'd originally booked cancelled on us the day before we were due to arrive... but we were very happy with the way things worked out! As previous reviewers have said, staff were fantastic – I have to mention Armaz on Reception in particular, who was charming and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was fairly compact but super-comfortable and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was excellent. Location was great. Most of all we LOVED the sauna, the bucket showers, the pool (which I had all to myself every time I went down there) and our evening soak in the outdoor hot tub. Would definitely stay again!

Our stay at this ski hotel was absolutely fantastic! The location right at the ski slope couldn’t be better – nothing beats stepping out of the door and onto the piste. The breakfast was exceptional: a generous buffet with a wonderful variety that offered something for every taste. The dining area was spacious and beautifully designed, with several inviting spots perfect for our family of four to sit together and talk for hours. The staff were outstanding – attentive, friendly, and caring in every part of the hotel. Their kindness at the reception and in the hotel’s boutique made every interaction a pleasure. Even the ski rental team went above and beyond; when we lost a mobile phone on the slope, they quickly organized a snowmobile rescue, and everything was handled perfectly! The wellness area was another highlight, featuring a relaxing sauna and a hot outdoor pool with stunning mountain views. Every detail made our stay special. A heartfelt thank-you to the whole team – especially Armaz, Mariam, Etuna, and all the other wonderful people who made our vacation memorable. “Great location, great looking hotel with excellent ski hire services. But restaurant food was poor.”

Breakfast was good with a variety of foods. The location to the ski slopes was excellent as was the ski hire (part of hotel). The hotel bar was very spacious with a great view and the health spa, pool, jacuzzi was excellent. The staff in the hotel bar were also very friendly.
