View of the mountains and the road was amazing. The people were great, the heating was kind of excessive (not a problem, you can always open a window, but great it wasn't cold!). Nice place to stay and a nice walk to the slope, you can walk down to the first station of lift, too

“Hospitable”
I loved the team, hotel staff was helpful with all my requests. The place has all amenities like restaurant, ski depot with a drying fan for your equipment after the day. I had no troubles with hot water. They even organise their own shuttle to the slope twice a day to save you ten minutes. The location is good, next to the “lower city center” (where the gas station, bunch of restaurants and two supermarkets are located)

“Great place to stay!”
Location is perfect, reception staff is friendly, helpful and awesome. The entire atmosphere is great, facilities are developed. Highly recommended for future stays. They have a pick up and drop off from / to hotel and from/to the mountain lift.

the most impressive of my stay the kindness and hospitality of Nato the receptionist that was really working hard all day long to satisfy everyone's needs and for translation as she was the only one speaking English , she was very helpfull in everything from booking transfer from and to the airport , giving indications when needed and her kindness and willingness to help and make us feel welcomed and home.

This is an amazing family hotel where you are treated as the best guest! Best hospitality I've seen in years. The staff was welcoming, warm and friendly, ready to help at anytime, English-speaking, Put a lot of love and effort into everything! They helped to organize a day tour to Kazbegi. Room with balcony was spacious, very clean, comfortable bed, hot shower, fast Wifi connection. Good sauna with little pool. Spacious night-bar. Possibility to play table tennis and billiards. Good buffet breakfast and dinner, unlimited tea and coffee. Central location, nearby there are Spar store, restaurants, little market, spa-s. I highly recommend this place!

“A great value hotel for a ski trip”
I think this is a great value hotel for skiers with all necessary amenities including friendly owners and a tasty breakfast. Indeed at the end of my stay I booked to return to this same hotel for my next ski weekend at Gudauri.

“Very nice and friendly staff”
The staff was very friendly and nice, they all made our staying there very comfortable and we felt like home :) There was a special room for skiis and there was a free of charge bus transfer to ski lift. It all was very comfortable. The sauna was good - very hot, all that we needed :)

“a wonderful stay with reliable transport to the slopes, a lovely dog to play with the kids and a good breakfast with var”
when we checked in we didn't know that we made an error on the booking ourselves by in a room with a baby cot instead of an extra bed. the hotel were very accommodating, they immediately changed our room without extra cost to a room with 3 beds.

Really nice and friendly staff. Great breakfast and dinnes. Awesome New years party with life music and traditional dances. The best experince in Georgia. Even if there was no snow and I couln't snowboard, I did hiking in it was so beautiful.
