During our trip, the plastic underbody cover of our rental car came loose due to rough road conditions. She immediately took the initiative to help by calling her brother, who assisted us in securing it back with screws. We truly appreciated her willingness to go out of her way to help. The rooms were exceptionally clean and well-maintained. We also made extensive use of the kitchen, which was very comfortable and fully equipped. The dining area attached to the kitchen was a great addition, allowing us to prepare snacks, make tea or coffee, and enjoy our meals comfortably. Overall, the hospitality was outstanding, and we felt right at home. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay.

Beautiful clean room. Awesome view! Friendly host , always smiling. Very cozy inside, really want to come back. There's a ski lift shino 2/3mins away but I wasn't sure if it was working ,with ski gear it's aboot a 7min walk to the green slope Sokilol which goes down to the ski lift. Nice hotel, so comfortable

Georgia greeted us with crisp frost and dazzling sunshine reflecting off the snow-white peaks of Gudauri. But we found true warmth at the Gudauri Hillsite Hotel, thanks in large part to Maka. He's a man whose eyes sparkle with the fire of true Caucasian hospitality. He's not just a manager—he's the soul of this place. Every morning began with complimentary tea, coffee, and khachapuri. And this coffee, served with a smile and a view of the majestic mountains, was a magical elixir. And you can spend the evening at the hotel in front of the fireplace, which warms like the Georgian soul. Gudauri here is more than just a location on a map. It's a feeling. It's the breath of the mighty mountains outside the window, the taste of freshly baked shoti after a day on the slopes, and the conversation over a friendly dinner, where your neighbor feels like an old friend within five minutes. Thank you for this experience. Thank you for the mountains that heal the soul, for the sun that warms even in the cold, and especially to Maka, who became our "Georgian sister," the kind of encounters we remember for years to come. We're leaving with more than just photos against the backdrop of snow-capped peaks. We're leaving with the feeling that we've left a piece of our hearts here and found a second home.
