Great hotel for a family vacation: a comfortable family room (2 rooms), private parking, and direct ski-in/ski-out access — no need to rush anywhere in the morning. After an active day on the slopes, a nice pool and sauna awaited both kids and adults — the perfect ending to a day on the mountain Near little supermarket. Good staff. They made early check in and later check off. Thanks!

“Very pleasant stay: easy check-in, friendly staff, clean modern room, nice view”
I had a great stay at Gudauri Hills Appart Hotel. Super easy check-in (literally took 2 minutes), the staff was really nice and helpful, and the room was clean and modern. exactly what you want after a long trip. The view in the morning was really nice too. Overall, very comfortable stay. Would definitly come back!

Hotel is good for family. Perfect views. Taking a taxi to even closer to a supermarket or restaurant like 200 meters will cost 60 lari for going and coming back, which is very bad. Hotel arranged complementary cake for my child's birthday, which was truly a wonderful experience. Staff at reception overall is not good. Only one lady on reception is helpful and solution oriented. Breakfast was not value for money. Restaurant nearby is more good.

“New facilities, great location, poorly operated, unjustified high prices”
PRO: New building, new construction. Close to the slope (just a short walk through a parking lot and you are on the slope). The staff is friendly and really wants to help but sometime they are clueless. The SPA area is very small and would be nice if operated correctly. Everything looks brand new and it is very clean but they do not know how to operate the facility: - The rooms are uncomfortably warm and you can not set the temperature - The electric stove in the room was not working - The ski room is very warm and humid but the boot spikes do not warm. The result is that the boots do not dry overnight and it is very uncomfortable to get geared up in the ski room because it is very hot.

“As per the booking website, nothing less - nothing more”
The rooms were as per the advertising, clean and our apartment with a well equipped kitchenette. The beds were comfortable, however a view wasn't there from our apartment at the second floor. Do not get the apartment for 8 people, it is next to the restaurant (breakfast kitchen), as they started preparing breakfast early!
