“A good overall experience”
Clean and tidy room, good and tasty food. Hotel has a transfer to and from the ski resort. Friendly hotel staff and particularly hotel manager Giorgi was always available and willing to assist

“A good value, but so much could be done to improve the room.”
Breakfast was generous. Instant coffee is not the best. Bathroom shower was great. Staff was helpful.

“Perfect stay”
Amazing and helpful staff. If you get the room with the mountain view it is perfect!! Worth the money. Very clean and they have the best staff ever!!

“Remember there are no strangers on ski lifts; only friends you haven't yet met!”
First of all it was my one of the best snowboarding trips. People of Georgia, food, atmosphere on the slopes is just amazing! Hotel is perfect, location is good, food is good, clean and warm rooms, 15 min walk to ski lift or free of charge 4x4 in the morning to drop you off. What else do you need? Special thanks to Zura in reception who welcomed me after night flight. Anyway even if you planning trip on your own, stay in this place and you will be well looked after!

“Perfect value for the money”
We felt like at home. Staff vefy very friendly, helping. We arrived at 7 am and they gave us rooms, although check-in is earliest 12 am. Also gave extra time for leaving, as out flight was a night one. Food was delicious too. Overall would really recommend for the price you pay. No more ski-in/out, but hotel provides shuttle(8-10 minutes walking distance realy)
