Rooms was clean and beautiful just as in the pictures, and also owner was really helpful, helped us with ski rental and navigaton to the slopes on a first day so we are really thanful for this.

“Peaceful Location with Beautiful Views”
The breakfast was delicious, especially pancake, omelette, and cheese roll. The room view was beautiful (it was snowing). The staff was friendly and welcoming, showing warm hospitality throughout the stay.

“Great hotel, amazing value!”
George, the owner, and his family were lovely. Very helpful and welcoming. Room was great, they even upgraded me from a single to double room at no extra cost. Hotel and room clean and tidy. Bed very comfortable. Lovely Georgian food served for breakfast and dinner. Short walk to ski hire and lift Exceptional value. Would recommend.

“Pleasent stay and recommended”
High level of hospitality and service for whatever you need. George finds a way to make you feel good. Excellent food. Cosy sauna. Comfy room. Good options to dry your ski cloths in the room. Tipp to reach the hotel in case your stay is during winter/ snowy times: book a taxi to Gudauri that is really equipped for these conditions. If the roads from Tbilisi are icy, it will be rather an adventure 😀 Especially the taxi driver will have problems driving the last 50 meters to the hotel in the snow. If you rent your ski from the recommended place, you can leave all your equipment there. Walking distance 5 minutes up the hill (good warm up 😀). There is a path behind/ around the hotel.

“Pleasant, stay, family oriented, good food, good wine and memorable.”
The owner, George is quite friendly and helpful. Also his daughter who help him. The food in his restaurant are genuine Georgian Food and so delicious. His homemade wine is fantastic, he even gave us 1 bottler to take to Tbilisi for Celebrating New Year.

The hotel was very near and walking distance to the SKI area and restorants but no need to go out because the hotel has its own restaurant that serves delicious food and affordable compared to other resto, the hotel location is perfect for the mountain view. We would like to thank you George the owner of the hotel who personally meet us during the check in and made sure that everything we need is ok. He is very helpful and friendly. “Highly Recommended - Excellent Hospitality from Giorgi”
The hotel is managed by a very nice and professional gentleman named Giorgi. He is very hospitable, friendly, accommodating, and helpful. He is the main reason we loved staying at the hotel. The room had a breath-taking view of he mountain. It is very quiet which will allow you to have a relaxed sleep in addition to the very comfortable and big bed. I would stay in this hotel every time I go to new Gudauri.

“Amazing location | Great Mountain View”
After days of research, we finally found Gudauri Diamond hotel and we booked Standard Double Room for three nights stay. The hotel is located at the start of new gudauri area. It is very near to Haveli(Indian restaurant) and 5mins away by car from Gudari ski resort. The hotel is located at the hill and has the best view with clear views of the mountain. The main market is 5mins away by car down the hill. The breakfast is limited but good. George is the owner of the resort who made sure that we had a pleasant stay. Although the hotel is little inside from the main road but we really enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend this hotel.
