Location was absolutely excellent, washing machine was a big bonus (just bring a laundry like for drying).

The apartment was excellent—clean and comfortable. The location is just a minute from the ski slope as well as après-ski spots, bars, and restaurants. Everything is within easy reach. The host was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again!

“Kind host, nice apartment, perfect location”

The studio apartment has everything you need for a short stay. The location is perfect, very close to the gondola, and with a supermarket and ski rental in the same building. Plenty of restaurants and bars as well. Very kind welcome by the host, who was available throughout for any questions. He also drove us to Tbilisi Airport on our final day.

The room was fine but had an awful issue with personnel.

"Great apartment for a ski trip! The location is perfect, right close to the slopes. The building itself has a very good restaurant and a great sports equipment rental, which was extremely convenient. The apartment was clean, functional, and exactly as shown in the photos. Special thanks to the host for being so flexible and allowing us a late check-out for free! Also, her husband is a wonderful and very punctual driver. Thank you for such great hospitality! Also she gave us coffee capsules for a a week, nice gift!

Vardges was very helpful, he answered to all our questions. The location is very close to ski lifts. There is a grocery store and a currency exchange office in the same building. There are many good restaurants and ski rental places in the area.

The booking communication was good response, and they managed our transfer from Tbilisi and back. Our pickup both times was very punctual and safe driver. The apartment had everything we needed, including a washing machine with washing powder provided. There is a locker facility for each apartment in the entrance to store ski equipment. All in all a great stay, thank you!

The area of this apartment is really good it is 'Loft 1' There is a Spar (grocery store) at the next building, inside of the Spar there is an ATM Machine and a money exchange booth. There are restaurants everywhere, in front, back side and walking distance. There is a shop of rental ski equipment where I rented my ski clothes (pants, jacket, gloves, and they have boots too). The Gondola Cable Car is 5 minutes' walk away from the building. The apartment itself is complete with things that you'll need. There are pots and pans and utensils if you're feeling like cooking. There are plates, cups, mugs and wine glasses even! I needed to wash clothes, so it was perfect that there is a washing machine although the writings are Russian, google translate is your friend, when you open the cupboard next to the bathroom, the owner has kept laundry soap! It was amazing so I didn't need to buy one anymore because it is provided. Not only that, but there are also hampers in the toilet attached to the wall and one kept in the cupboard and hangers! so, it was enough for a day's laundry, the clothes dry up pretty fast because the heater was great, just make sure you wash your clothes in the afternoon, so it has enough time to dry. Inside the cupboard there's iron board, iron and blower! Theres a coffee machine, a simple one where you put the coffee capsules, that's provided! and the tea as well. The view from the balcony is freaking awesome, you can see the cable car, people skiing, the mountain. The sunrise/sunset is freaking awesome! I stayed at unit 512, the owner owns the 512,513,514. The room itself is spacious for 4 people. Overall, I loved staying at this apartment. The owner cannot understand English as he is Russian, no biggie because again google translate is your friend. He is very kind as he will keep checking on you if you needed anything. If I were to come back in New Gudauri, I would definitely stay at this place again.

This the the best place you can book your stay at new Gudauri! Top location just on the side of the ski slops, supermarket and amazing restaurant in the same building! Appartment is perfectly heated, all amenities available in the kitchen and in the bathroom! Interior is beautiful with balcony facing the mountain and the lifts and ski slops! I recommend this place with both hands! Thank you for the great experience! We will definitely come back again!

It was very close to the Ski lift. Very nice host, was easy to communicate. The appartment was very clean and warm, it had everything you need👍 Very much recommended!

The host Elena is wonderful! The room was spacious and as shown in the pictures. It included all necessities needed for a ski trip. The room and furniture were super clean and almost everything in a new condition. Just under the resort there is a shop for ski rental and the lift is a five minute walk. Would definitely come back again!

The room had everything you needed from utensils to sugar, salt, washing powder etc. Perfect for a stay while one enjoys skiing at the beautiful hills of Gudauri. Plus the hotel is located right at the bottom of the ski slopes.
